Why it mattered
Clinics typically run on a patchwork of tools: one system for records, another for appointments, a phone system that knows nothing about patients and spreadsheets for everything else. Doctors lose time to admin, patients miss appointments and owners have no single view of the business. We set out to replace that patchwork with one platform that a single practice can adopt in an afternoon — and that still scales to multi-site clinics with inpatient departments.
